What Are Zaxby’s Rewards?
With Zaxby’s Rewards, there is no need to accumulate or earn points! You’ll receive Rewards for downloading the app, having a birthday, and randomly as a thank you to our guests. Zaxby’s wants to reward our loyal guests while providing an easier way to redeem rewards and offers via the app. Your rewards will be visible on the app’s Rewards screen.
Where Are My Rewards?
Rewards can be found on the “Rewards” screen of your app. To find this page, log in to your Zaxby’s account and tap “Rewards.” All of your rewards will be visible on this screen.
How Do I Redeem My Rewards?
Rewards can be redeemed when you place an order through the app or when you scan the app in-store.
To redeem a reward while ordering ahead via the app, simply add the item to your cart. The reward will automatically apply once the qualifying item is in your cart. Some rewards can be saved for later by navigating to the Rewards screen and toggling the reward off. Please note that toggling off a reward will not extend its expiration date.
To redeem a reward in-store, simply order the qualifying items at the register and scan your app. Your reward will be redeemed regardless of whether you scan your “Redeem” QR code or your “Redeem & Pay” QR code. Both QR codes can be found on the home screen, by tapping the “Scan/Pay” icon. Swipe to toggle between them.
I Didn’t Mean to Redeem a Reward. What Do I Do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Zaxby’s rewards are added to guest accounts in the “On” state to ensure that guests can take advantage of these offers. If a reward is active, it will be redeemed towards any qualifying item on your order. Unfortunately once a reward is redeemed, we are unable to reactivate that reward.
On the Rewards screen in the app, you can see your available rewards. Rewards that can be saved for later will have a toggle next to them; tap the toggle to turn the reward “off” to prevent accidental redemption.
Can I save rewards for later?
Yes! Rewards can be saved by navigating to the Rewards screen and toggling the reward to the “Off” position. This feature allows you to save the reward until you toggle it on or the reward expires. Note that toggling a reward “off” will not extend its expiration.
